Anyone have any idea if nothing happens tomorrow??? There's a good chance that happens since the company has been so quite?? I mean we went from almost a penny to almost back to trips in just a few days

"If" a RS happens, which is what the Nevada SOS indicates, then the ticker symbol gets a "D" designation added to it, indicative of a reverse split.

Then " theoretically" the price per share should be split adjusted by a factor of 200 based upon today's closing price - or - tomorrow's closing price, dependent on when they actually enact the split.

As it stands presently, IF IF IF the reverse split goes into effect tomorrow at the open, then TRDXD would (in a perfect world), open 200x higher than where it closed today.

.002 x 200 = .40

It's just been my experience dealing with reverse splits for the last 25 + years of my trading career, bat on the OTC they gap down well beyond 50% and then collapse even further flushing most people out. But for the lucky few that are able to get in at the bottom, there's typically about a 20% bounce intraday to scalp off of.

I wish I could provide you with information concerning our particular stock but to be blunt with you, I don't even know what I own anymore. And the blame falls squarely on Dazheng Longding for complete lack of communication with shareholders and for their inability to higher on a simple IR rep to field shareholder questions and concerns.

Wouldn't that have been the better course of action then what we have encountered for over a year now?

Retiring shares?

I see zero evidence of that.
