#45738 RE: Coreton #45736

Coreton, your understanding of attorney of record is not correct. I am a fan of GDSI. Attorney of record as pointed out is someone who appeared. That attorney Silva quite frankly would never be recognized as a lawyer in the State of Florida. To prove you're wrong because I've read the filings, Jao Jung filed an affidavit on behalf of Rontan. I've read every filing. He is a licensed lawyer in Brazil. He is a paralegal in Florida. He was hired by the Bolzans according to them to find an attorney. He is not and can not be recognized as an attorney of record in Florida. To the Florida court, he is a paralegal and that is it. If not, the Bolzans would have argued they had an attorney in Florida. Even they didn't try that. It is why most attorneys will file a Notice of Appearance, just trust me please on this. I'm on your side but in this case, you are wrong.
