@sbrisson, it’s not quite as bad as it looks, every business in the world runs on a going concern basis. May was the last $100,000 monthly payment going back to October for McKay roofing. Added 2.5 M debt acquiring Milhollland. Like I said, they need to settle business and start cracking that debt. My only concern was the CEO stating they were on a 6 million revenue 1st qtr. pace and they only hit 3.5 million.
Covid 19 had CA on lockdown however, and I imagine affected the business greater than he anticipated in March.
