I do have to agree with Bill Delgado's buddy on this one.

An attorney of record is an attorney who has appeared in the case. Mr. Silva has not appeared in the case. In fact, I don't believe there is any path for a non U.S. attorney to actually file a pro hac vice application. Mr. Silva is local counsel in Brazil. He is actually of little relevance to the Florida federal court except for the fact that he is served as a courtesy.

False. He's not an Attorney of Record. Feel free to show us where he listed as such on the Docket.

He would not be receiving legal documents unless he were “on the record” as an attorney for the Defendants who is entitled to receive such documents directly.
