Keber, Here is the court schedule for the SEC matter against Randall and his accountant.
1.SEC Dispositive Motion by August 15th Must be filed by this date.

2.Defendant Opposition papers by September 2nd.

3. SEC Reply Papers by September 9th

4. Court listens to Arguments on September 31 at 1:30PM

If you have anything to say, now is the time and probably the last time you are going to have to confront Randall. Talking on message boards does little to settle matters. It just vents your frustrations.
