C, how long before judge rules on Rontan’s motions? I am thinking sometime next week as he seems to have pretty quick turnaround with regard to granting/denying motions...Also, what do you think odds are of judge granting Bolzans a hearing? Gracias amigo

Uh...no. Silva is not an Attorney of Record on the case. Silva is their local COUNSEL (not "council" as in City Council) and rightfully advised her not to talk to BSF's attorney.
