My best guess is that this was a retail flush, purely on the technicals. There are far more traders/short term flippers out there than investors playing the valuation side of CLWD. Lack of buyers holding the bid forced some scared hands into locking in profits or cutting losses for those that bought towards the top. If this turns out to be dilution, CLWD management is playing a very risking game of pumping and dumping. They have literally had a pr about retiring notes, then another saying they were done. They'll start running real investors off here regardless of it being so called undervalued. If they are diluting and will continue to dilute when will it not be undervalued. CLWD

I managed to fool you one time. Back on June 12th when I managed to accumulate half my position. If I recall correctly you made a reference to the trading possibly being note conversions and I believe it was "stock777777" who indirectly gave a compliment by stating that he thought it was just smart retailer's investing. He was correct in his assessment cause I was buying million share blocks at .0016. I wish I would have been the lucky one who bought at .0013 that day. Anyway, I appreciate all the info. you post on this board and the majority of the time you're spot on.
