I think common will probably be flat to up. The end is scotus in which the lawsuits could be resolved within a year. There could be upside surprises between now and the election. Scotus could deliver a resounding win or it could do nothing, either way that clears the deck for admin action. The reason FHFA and Treasury have been cautious about doing anything like amending the SPSPA is because they want the lawsuit to direct them because they know shareholders got screwed and if they amend the optics look bad, also moots the cases. But we will see what happens between Nov and Jan.
