This is what we know a filing with NSOS ( some think its phony, I dont ) that shows an increase in the AS and a 1 for 200 reverse split.

We must assume there is a reason for this to happen now...as they could have done it at any time in the past and what is the reason for doing it at all if there wasnt news coming...

The news wont be in the upcoming Q as that is just filled with information up to June 30th...they did not complete anything by that date or they would have had to announce it... with holding material events like a merger would get them in serious trouble...so the news is something that has just happened and that is what predicated the increase in the AS and the RS.

They will have to put that information out in the form of a real PR... so lets hope July 17 the effective date of the filing begins the time they start telling the story of WTF TRDX is going to transition into.
