No, this is not proof that ALYI is a scam and in fact is not the definition of a scam. Further, companies are protected under the "Safe Harbor" provision. To prove the absence of "Good Faith" is almost impossible. In fact, it is likely that one would need to prove fraud. So, getting back to ALYI, what makes you think ALYI is in violation of anything. Asserting ones opinion is vastly different than the rule of law. My opinions. PS And I am one that is very bullish on ALYI. It appears to me they have not only plans, but have lined up the financial support to begin implementation.
