WHATEVER...GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR INVESTMENT. WE SHALL SEE, WON'T WE?

On June 30, 2020, Verus International, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into a common stock purchase agreement (the “Purchase Agreement”) and a registration rights agreement (the “Rights Agreement”) with White Lion Capital, LLC (the “Investor”) pursuant to which the Investor agreed to invest up to five million dollars ($5,000,000) to purchase the Company’s common stock, par value $0.000001 per share, at a purchase price of 95% of the market price of the Company’s common stock during a valuation period as defined in the Purchase Agreement.

Completely false

Companies need dilution to grow

There's that famous ihub-OTC-retail-naivity on display...

No offense intended, but just because one guy said this, doesn't mean it's true.

Anyone here who's run a business, bought or sold a business, knows this is 100% untrue.

In-demand products drive sales. REAL BUSINESS MODELS with real sales have little trouble securing legitimate commercial lending.

Believing every shitty company needs DILUTION to grow explains so much about OTC investors.

GLTA!

Companies need dilution to grow, the important thing is to have it controlled. Good news is that for the case of VRUS, it has been around 10% in one year and in the last 8-K filed announcing White Lion deal it didn't change in 15 days vs. previous one reported in the last 10Q, so it looks like the dilution generated by the conversion of notes is already finished as it also looks like in L2 with the MMs present and the type trading in the last days:

(2,593,435,051 - 2,290,449,898) / 2,290,449,898 = 13.2%

LOL 10%? The math is based off the amount of shares VRUS has - VRUS has at least 5x more shares than Amazon, so of course it's only 10%! If they had a normal amount of shares their dilution would register over 50%!!!!!!!!!

Plus, they now have EVEN MORE SHARES IN THE OS!!!

Agreed with the statement that companies need dilution to grow. If I am not going to dilute, I don’t need a public company. Dilution is an essential part of a successful business. Unfortunately, in the OTC world, it has a very bad reputation. In addition, day traders will be willing to bring the company to its knees ahead of a promissory note due. So, it’s a double jeopardy.
