OTC main things are, good share structure, no dilution, that alone can run stocks, then have actual company with revenues and some news behind it and that;s all that is needed.
Trying to compare to performance on the big boards is silly
Thin to start the day without the large block again and CDEL with a bid higher then previous close, looks like they want this to move a bit at least for now
