What you mean is it is a typical product launch PR officially entering a new market with full solution offering. I would expect to see a follow up PR announcing Microsoft as initial customer so long as Microsoft wants them to do so. Always amazes me that either PLUG or their customers like to keep things quiet. With all the buzz in the media over hydrogen and reduced emission regulations you would think they both want to promote this activity.
May be they have to announce the product befor ethey can then announce the warrants offered for another $500m+ commitment? You cant order that much unless the product exists commercially.
