Two things.

1. They were last year, late last year....not new or exciting, or any hint of thing to come. Some 7 months ago.

2. They were right before an RS. What better way to remain relevant and keep the same share count prior to an RS, than to gift yourself shares???

Not sure why or how these form 4s are being taken as a positive......they knew an RS was coming.....why gift yourself shares right before an RS? Thats a slap in the face under normal circumstances.

The form 4s were about control. The ridiculously fake board here needs to maintain control. Within that, they probably get fired, held accountable, dumb business decisions go away....attached shell companies go away. Actual directors, like ones in real companies would clean house here. Kill their pay, demand results, and accountability.

So instead, sbfm gifts shares, as much as they need,.to keep their sbfm bank intact.

Those "two things" are bullshit. Document the gifting of shares for me to verify your claims. Thanks...
