Insider? Trading on insider information is violation of misappropriation or trading on information. But wait, you're also liable for proof of responsibility because you've initiated trades based on misappropriation and/or trading on information.

All three are SEC violations unless you have a fiduciary responsibility which isn't possible since you can't as a non-employee. If you were an employee, this is just the beginning of your violations.
