Where did he dump shares? All of these form 4s are old transactions that are being disclosed by the shareholders after a change in their respective beneficial ownership. Know what caused the change? Right. A reverse split. Wiped out their holdings along with the 'outside' shareholders...

These shares aren't being issued now. They are long gone...they are just cleaning house...for what? We wait to find out...we also look for factual information...
