No, the float was last reported to be 688,232,011 as of 3/09/2017. No one knows what it is today. It's the O/S that was 1.8B. But that's also from 2017 and no one knows what that number is today, either.

And so long as Kate continues to gag the TA and not post financial reports to OTC Markets, shareholders and traders will never know the actual numbers.

The point being, if the A/S is maxed out there's the possibility that Kate will do a R/S. That's a concern and why the current O/S is worthy of being discussed.
