I guarantee there is either more he isn't telling us, or there is more that is not being told to him. Shady crap either way, however, it seems like they are not wanting to bring it to a sub penny...not really sure why though. Clearly 'they' can dump/manipulate this from .05 allll the way down here, but then they stopped just short of .01 I'm not really sure why though.
