Not this nonsense again. We heard it all before to 'fry the shorties' when CTIX was doing the lame ticker/name change. "put GTC sell orders in at $20 to trap shorties". whatever. Complete nonsense and won't change a thing. The only think that will help this stock is real outside financing.
