I think you nailed it puppman. Robinson is Bill's friend and became the money man to make Bill's dreams happen. Charles is no dummy though and brings an awful lot to the table. I would not invest in this again if it was just Bill. I'm waiting to see if some of Charles's fans have enough faith in him that he will make a go of the company and will invest because they believe in Charles's vision.
