'The entire call' was not a waste. My original purpose of the call was to find where that 'Income' button was, and see IF I could see those 'Estimated interest payments' info myself, which I was able to, thanks to the CSR who found out where it was.
The whole conversation with the Broker is a different issue. I never expected to hear anything different from that Broker, regardless of whether CTs are 'Lehman's Preferred Equity' or the CT Trust's(technically).
