OMG...The Recognition process doesn't happen until many months AFTER the FL issues a Judgement, if he does at all.
The Court has time to make a wrong right. Once the tri-lingual former counsel (not council) for Rontain left the case, no one cared to serve defendants timely with a Portuguese version of the Court Orders and provide them enough time to seek new Portuguese-speaking counsel (not council) in Florida.
My research indicates an excessive Judgement award (on top of the shares the Court states GDSI is entitled to) is enough to offend Brazilian public policy.
