ALPS is currently engaged in 1 of the worst ever attempted broker/dealer escape plans ever witnessed in the markets, so who the hell cares what they're doing!

ALPS has already been indicted by the SEC for multiple SARS violations, charged by FINRA, have a class action lawsuit against them, and recently re-domiciled to Bermuda of all places, like the RICO Act isn't able to inflict ALL the major karma on their crooked asses they so rightly deserve!!!
