idk but FTEG today had massive volume... it's been dead with 0 movement for almost a year and all of a sudden today it finally did something.... so maybe you're right these penny stocks are trying to push out weak hands so big players can accumulate more shares before a big run.... bcuz eventually this thing will have a massive run... it happens at least one a year
