Insider knowledge probably. Hard to tell what it does mean. Only means something if buyer believes uptick is likely even though a little DD tells you that current MSSV shares likely to go down due to impending dilution per 8k.

Interpretation: makes me ponder 'why' and seeing some negative potential doing so.

So, best to ignore as a fluke for now.
