That is just an assumption if there is. We still do not know what will happen or what they will do... it has been pretty much dynamic, decisions has been changing/evolving depending on what is currently there. Until now, everything you read here on this board are just opinions and assumptions which has always has been unless they have attached a link of what has happened.
