Oh yeah! The higher the SP pre RS, the lower the ratio which leads to a larger OS which makes it easier to meet MV requirements.

Again, the SP can't stay here if the plan is to do an RS.

Azart, you may be onto something in terms of FINRA demanding some shareholder value before allowing this RS.
