Excellent post. There's complaining about Tony not doing something and then he starts doing it people complain he's not doing it right/good enough. It's a bit ridiculous at times.
I don't call Tony often either. If he's busy it doesn't do any good to bother him.

Let's pretend only 5% of shareholders call Tony 2x a week for updates. ONLY 5%.
That means Tony will get about 100 calls a week, or 20 calls a day. If he spends 5 minutes on every call, he's going to be on the phone almost 2 hours every day.
So why do some people think Tony has nothing better to do than spend 2 hours Every. Single. Day. reassuring shareholders on the phone? What if 10% of shareholders want updates... Tony's now spending HALF his workday babysitting.
If you really think Tony has that kind of spare time, then you must also believe he's not working particularly hard at building your business.
