Easy, He used the COV-19 pandemic to tap into the MFO's pocket on the up-swing... Where was the urgency to raise the whole 10 million the MFO offered back in October 2018? He couldn't raise money for an OM phase 3 and what's changed for COV-19? B might be effective for Absssi, OM and now COV-19 but nobody seems to care except PR happy Leo.
