Two things may be dragging this down:
1) This is pennyland.

2) Manipulation is notorious.

My feeling is that you will see more of this type of activity as time goes on with no news. $0.40s - $0.50s may be possible still.

Don't fret though, if you see a dip and have the cash to buy on that dip buy and hold. Accumulate for the big move up when all this drama settles and the train finally leaves this station.
