GregLechuga, with APPZ & TechVIG...

I did email the company (TechVIG) to see if I would get a response. So far, no response, but I'm still holding APPZ as a "Lott Play" until more confirmation is either released or confirmed from the company.

Even though I personally have not been able to confirm anything, courtesy of GregLechuga from the post/tweet below, he confirmed an answer of "Yes" for an answer that TechVIG has acquired APPZ. Considering the Covid-19/Coronavirus crisis that exists today, this distance learning thing could be pretty big as many schools, colleges, universities, job areas, and more seems to be utilizing this method and likely will be much more in the future. I can only guess that they are going public for some new reasons of growth that have been presented considering the situation in the current environment today. Hopefully we see some filings and/or news soon to provide further confirmation:
