I realize that we are fairly new to demonstration sites, but I would also think that being able to diagnose and solve issues in the field was crucial, as when we are up and running, our units will BE in the field, all over the world! Imagine needing to take everything back to "the shop" then! "Working concepts"? This sounds more like a student group project guesswork than professional engineering by highly qualified long term experienced people.
