I see they keep lowering the bid one cent a time. Are they fishing trying to get someone to sell with a 4.51 x 4.80 spread?

$4.50 range looks pretty heavily rejected after the first 15 minutes. Hopefully it holds up. I’m not the best chartist, especially when there low volume like this.
