By definition its a pump and dump, when a companies like alyi pump out P.R.'s to spike the sp and then FAIL REPEATEDLY to FOLLOW THROUGH ON ANYTHING they've ever PUMPED THROUGH P.R.'s resulting in a declining share price over and over .....,that by definition is in fact a pump and dump.....,still waiting on those bikes and all those millions in orders that just seemingly vanished.
