MiamiGent - Not short at all but a realist. Offerings behind run ups are toxic.

The offerings is for up to $150M based on a recent share price of $26.50.
They will raise at a MUCH lower PPS - it is just that simple add 30% of fees and dilution you dont have to worry about covering rather huge initial exit on tens millions of shares !!
