True on the Covidien but if I remember correctly RTG is in the filings as the purchaser and that part of MDT books the numbers and write offs.Martha was in charge of the RTG arm at MDT before becoming CEO this April at MDT as you know.
Martha did all the leg work on the MZOR deal.Same with Digital Surgery which is a division now of MDT.

Thanks for sharing your DD on this, smart. Hard to see it any other way than how you presented unless one starts to over think. It all comes back to the full body of facts/data that we know and the list is very long at this point.
I fully understand that this is still a speculative investment but when you look at the value of TMDI and what it has to offer along with everything that has happened since the MDT/TMDI deal it doesn't feel very speculative. The odds feel very much in our favor. GL LONGS!
