Jay, very good point. However, if you were running Walmart and know point blank the damage Amazon is doing to your immediate and long term business then you know immediate decisions MUST be made.

There would be obvious decisions to be made for Walmart and immediate decisions. Do you allow Amazon to end up with JCPNQ and my answer would be, HELL NO!

If I were in Walmart’s spot now and if I allow Amazon to take control of JCPNQ, it would have to be at a FAR, FAR higher price at least making them pay a huge premium.

So, in other words, Walmart will ONLY lose the battle over JCPNQ to Amazon via a HUGE premium that will be paid to JCPNQ shareholders!

Why would Amazon buy a bankrupt company? It doesn't make sense. Let's see if the $0.25 support level holds. Don't buy before then.
