IMO, SCOTUS has had a lot of time to review all the background case's and the complaints along with the parallel structured CFPB agency. As a result half the decision has been made with an hour of oral arguments scheduled for the combined En Banc appeals. So it's likely most of the Justices already have a pretty good idea how they're going to rule because there's really no new material to argue. Therefore I expect quick decisions to be announced in October shortly after the oral argument politically charged or not. After all, Comey was compelled to announce a politically charged investigation before the last Presidential election. It's a brave New world ;-)
