Good for Danny going on 4 years of outstanding revenue. Who cares what the tier is if the pubco isn’t reporting to the shareholders who funded the startup. No doubt we need Danny to run the company but Danny needed us years ago when he was diluting the crap out of this ticker. Time for him to go current and stay current. With numbers like this, he needs to hire out and get shit done. Being busy isn’t an excuse for delay. Good CEO’s know how to delegate.
