After this I do hope that a Claim will be directed upon the Newly MErged Entity to honour the Warrant agreement made upon the exit from the BK where two most hot points are the Anti Dilution pill and the Exercising Formula of the Cash LEss Exercise made at the Gold Price of the Moment wich is going to be left deciden in the Court of Law in a Trial to be requested in the near Future.
