Well, maybe they got away with it. But Guide 7 is quite clear.

I did see in the same 2014 10-K where GORO explained that they would use the word "production" in their filings but only in certain contexts. They were super, super clear that they had no reserves, therefore were an exploration phase company.

If I have time, I will look at subsequent 10-K's, curious at what point they declared they were a production phase company. I don't care to wade through jabberwocky. I'll go to the actual filing.
