I'm still trying to understand the logic in the statement:

Maybe no BLA ever submitted at all if no 8K posted today regarding the Refusal To File letter from the FDA right?

It makes as much sense to me as:

Maybe Abraham Lincoln didn't die if he had no birth certificate that proved he was alive before his death certificate was issued after his assassination.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the point trying to be made here. Can this be restated differently that makes more sense ?
