I think there are certain parameters that need to be met before being eligible to move from otc. main one is most certainly NOT be constantly delinquent in their filings. we'll pink for awhile (6 months) at least?
I really don't think LB even cares about the share price. he just wants to change the world and promote cannabis as the wonder plant is what I suspect. of course he does have to answer to the majority stock holders whomever they may be.

Maybe he should put out an update a PR or something to let shareholders know he cares about bringing value to the company. Quit hiding behind your bong of silence and do your Fn job already! It’s that simple! If you want to run a company in silence, fine, but make it private company... this is a publicly traded company, so start acting and running it like it’s one! I don’t think it’s too much to tell him to do his FN job!
