I was thinking for most people. I recently opened a td account but still waiting on funds to clear. fidelity hates stop signs. I even called them to do a waiver and they told me no go.
Since when robinhood allows otc? I read something somewhere they don't like any otc pink or otherwise.

Bottom line they have to file already if they want most people to be able to purchase the stock.
