What document is that in ? Unfortunately thats not how it works in the real world . Shareholders are the owners of the company that screwed all the creditors. That is why 99.99% of the time Shareholders get nothing . If the secured creditors had no problems taking pennies on the dollar . Shareholders have no chance . But cool fantasy . Am sure shareholders can find a lawyer to pocket their money . In their best interest of course.
