$DLPN - hard to say. Here are my thoughts:
1. This has been one of the most manipulated stocks I’ve seen in a while, so it’s very hard to make predictions.
2. Earnings are supposed to be very good. However we have seen many good stocks tank on good earnings lately
3. They have a lower float and better financials than $GNUS in the same sector and we’ve all seen what $GNUS has done this year, so has the potential to be huge.
4. They have some of the best PR firms in the industry. Last earnings they said they also had another acquisition they hoped to announce this quarter and we haven’t seen it yet. Today?
5. Noting they are a PR firm, they have the ability to promote themselves well, but they haven’t. Why? Why have they wanted the price to remain low? For example, we know the last offering closed, so why didn’t they announce it? Stocks have been very HOT after offerings this year.
6. I think another offering is probably on the table soon. (They put a 30 day no offering clause in the last one and that 30 days expired July 5). They want a higher SP for an offering so will probably pump it up prior. Good for us if we play it well and get out before offering announced.
I think the potential here is massive, but what is going on behind the scenes?
I have a huge position here and will probably scale out some today but try to ride some freebies through earnings.
