#1468 RE: MrPlum #1467

Actually MrPlum, CEOs DON'T always spin their PRs and News Releases. More often the ones who need to spin will spin.

I've had the pleasure of knowing a couple of stocks where the CEO was conservative in his/her guidance and later we found out that things were very good with the company but the CEO didn't feel the need to be making promises about things that have not happened yet even though he/she may have been sure that good things will in fact happen.

Why would a company care about being ahead of the curve with guidance if they feel their ship will come in anyway. There will always be plenty of time for cheers of success when it actually happens.

MrPlum,

You said, "Can you just clarify the statement about the licence agreement with Jasper. Is there a difference between a licencing agreement and a manufacturing agreement? Do they have one or both?'

Yes, there's a huge difference. They have both and both are good.

The license agreement: The details of this agreement were made public on September 13, 2006. Here are a couple of paragraphs from that release....

"Jasper’s CEO and President Doug Mathias, commenting on the license said, “We are very excited about our future opportunities utilizing the family of ElectriPlast™ materials and feel fortunate to be working with Integral to bring this patented technology to commercial success.

Integral and Jasper will work together, to bring to market products that will meet and exceed the needs of Jasper’s customers. (emphasis mine - gktignol) Jasper has an excellent reputation and brings a strong sales force to the equation which will begin to identify new business opportunities for the ElectriPlast™ technology throughout North America. We at Integral look forward to further business with Jasper Rubber."

As emphasized, this agreement was inked to meet the needs of JRP's customer base.

The Manufacturing Agreement: The details of this agreement were made public on November 30, 2006. Here are a couple of paragraphs from that release...

"Bellingham, WA-Integral Technologies, Inc.’s (“ITKG-OTC:BB”) ("Integral"), announces that it has selected Jasper Rubber Products Inc. (Jasper) (www.jasperrubber.com) as the official manufacturer of ElectriPlast™, the world’s first highly conductive polymer. Jasper is also a licensee of Electriplast™. This manufacturing agreement moves Integral’s ElectriPlast™ from the prototype stage to production stage, as the Company will now be able to get the necessary material to well over 100 companies that are currently under NDA (non-disclosure agreements) with Integral.

Jasper’s CEO and President Doug Mathias, commenting on Jasper becoming the official manufacturer of ElectriPlast™ said, “This groundbreaking agreement positions Jasper to contribute to the long-term success of Integral by providing a solid manufacturing source, (emphasis mine - gktignol) while delivering ISO/TS certified quality, for the family of ElectriPlast™ materials."

There was/is pent-up demand for ElectriPlast. The formalization of this agreement will go a long way toward rectifying that situation.

They are licensed to utilize EP w/their existing customer base as well as holding the title of being their official world wide manufacturing partner. Sounds like a sweet spot for both Integral and Jasper.

regards,

I have that particular copy of 'The Herald' right here in front of me and it is identical to what was posted. But, if you need additional verification, there are others here who have a copy and have stated the same thing (nysepick and qlt, I believe). Or, you could call Investor Relations at 888.666.8833 and they will fax a copy to you.

Thanks,
