you do realize that Senator Holley was actually at the press conference and spoke? did you notice the press releases regarding the plant also have the Mayor listed as a contact?
you're right about one thing, though -- Opp has had its share of struggles. that's precisely why the county and state are going to give us so much support to help revitalize it.
personally, i feel that post-construction you're going to see a lot of interest in Opp, Alabama. it's certainly a nice town.
are you coming to the ground breaking? perhaps when you see the bulldozers and construction equipment you'll see things a little differently.
