Normally from what I can tell it takes only a couple of months at most. So im assuming there was a delay for some reason. Could be for many reasons, or could be they decided to take a different route. Our CEO became a member of the BOD of DSS that same month, possibly fitting into the other scenario of DSS acquiring SHRG.
