These trials are BLINDED, so they don't know who is getting the drug and who isn't. They can make a leap and try to assume the patients who recover must have received the drug, but that's just a guess, and not something to bet your life's savings on.

Even if the Covid trials are a huge success, your overall approach (mega bet on a binary event, falling in love with a stock, etc) is severely flawed. This is something a 'newbie' would do. Someone who has been around for a while should know better.
